How to enable Indic language support at Office (application) level?

In OfficeXP, all of the Office applications have an extensive support for 7 Indian languages (5 Scripts).
  • Go to Start -> Microsoft Office Tools -> Microsoft Office XP Language Settings
  • Click on the 'Enabled Languages' tab.
  • Under 'Available Languages' select Indic languages of your choice
  • Click on the Add button
The selected languages will be then added to the list of 'Enabled Languages'.
It is recommended that Indic language users select 'Indic' as the default version of Microsoft Office; as shown below.
